2 Pricing

1) Our delivery charges within our Delivery Area are dependent on ULEZ and Congestion Charge. All delivery charges will be included in the total price of the order.

2) Our prices remain valid until revised prices are posted on our web-site or products are removed from the web-site.

3) These terms and conditions also do not affect any other statutory rights which you have as a consumer.

3 Matters Out of Our Control

We will not be liable to you in damages for breach of the contract for delay or failure to perform due to a cause beyond our reasonable control.

4 Privacy

In placing an order with us it is necessary for us to ask you for an email address a telephone number and an address. We promise never to give out this personal information to any third party unless we are legally required to do so, this is in conjunction to our Privacy Policy.
